A tribute to the affordable 1960s British sports cars... in die-cast

Americans have always had a love affair with the British sports cars. The mystique of the two-seater holds our attention like no other. Well Johnny Lightning fans, we're bringing you a brand new line of classic British cars from the 1960s! In the 1950s and ‘60s, two-seater European sports cars were flooding the markets. They were economical and sporty, making them a hit with consumers. Even today, when you see an MGB driving down the street, heads turn to take a second look. For more than 40 years, these cars have kept their reputation for quality and craftsmanship. And Johnny Lightning is keeping that tradition alive with our newest die-cast program, British Invasion. Here's the lineup:

1964 Jaguar E-Type Convertible
The E-Type Jaguar sports the distinct front-end common to all Jaguars. Austin Powers watch out, Johnny Lightning is on the way!

1960 Austin-Healey Sprite
Commonly referred to as the “Frogeye” or “Bugeye,” the Sprite can rally the streets with ease due to its light body.

1960 MGA Twin Cam
One of the first revisions from the Post-War era MG series, the MGA was a complete departure from traditional MG styling.

1970 MGB
Like all cars, the MGB provided a face lift for the MGA, resulting in a classic among car enthusiasts. Outselling the MGA, the MGB became synonymous with British styling.

1961 Triumph TR3A
Whether it was a road rally, racer, or custom car, the Triumph TR3A has a classic, English sports car look.

1963 Sunbeam Alpine Tiger
The Sunbeam Alpine Tiger was designed and built to kick some major asphalt!
