Modified Soccerball Wheels

(Sorry for the large photos and long download times, but I did this page quickly)

Dave Shrenk's 900 at the finish of the 1999 Wild West ProRally.
Wheels modified by Scanwest Autosport.

The two photos above were taken at the Saab Jubilee in Trollhattan, 1987.
You can see how stock SAAB Soccerball alloys were modified to trim some weight.
Note how the webbing has been cut away on the 99/900 wheel.

Stig Blomqvist's 99 (Turbo?), late 1970s or 1980 vintage. Note the wheels.
